How much should I pay for a used Acura TSX?

I'm looking to buy a used Acura TSX from about 2005 with no more than 80,000 miles on it, and on used car sites I'm seeing 12K-15K...how much should I pay for it?|||look at the trade in value on kbb trade in value and offer a few hundred dollars more|||3k|||not much
