they probably just didn't actually get it to reset. you can reset the light yourself. with the key in the OFF position press and hold the odometer/trip button on the dash. keep the button pressed and turn the key to the ON position(don't start the engine). the maintenance light will come on for a second, then turn off, then come back on. continue holding for approximately 10 seconds and the light should go out. you can now release the button and the light should stay off.Hi , i have a 2005 acura tsx , recently i noticed that when i start the car the maintenance light blinking?
There is a good chance one of your exhaust sensors is going out. If it blinks incredibly fast just as you start it, that could also mean it is just performing a quick check and there is nothing at all wrong. You can borrow a code reader computer free from Auto Zone with a refundable deposit and it will most likely tell you for sure what if anything is wrong. I wouldn't even take it home, the Auto Zone guys will probably help you figure it out right in their parking lot.Hi , i have a 2005 acura tsx , recently i noticed that when i start the car the maintenance light blinking?
Your car may need a tune up, chang plugs wires etc, after it gets a tune up the light may still be on.

it has to go to a shop to turn it off (reset).
