1. Nobody makes a twin turbo kit for the TSX V6. It would have to be custom made. Start with a figure in your head of what you think it will cost. Then add about $7,000.
2. Where? Any custom fabrication shop.
3. Is it safe to use every day? No. Your car isn't made for turbocharging, that's why it has high compression and weak rods. You will likely blow the engine, and if you don't, why would you want 400+hp in a front wheel drive sedan anyways? It will make the car awful to drive. If you want something to modify, find something that needs fixing up, not something that is well made to start with.
