If a Acura TL or TSX says its a 5-Speed Manual or 5-Speed Automatic, does that mean its a stick shift?!?

Im talking bout the Acura TL 2009 and the Acura TSX 2009If a Acura TL or TSX says its a 5-Speed Manual or 5-Speed Automatic, does that mean its a stick shift?!?

5 speed automatic = automatic.

5 speed just refers to the number of gears the car has.
Are you refering to the Triptrionic shifter. That mean you can drive the car auto. But you can also manual shift by the side where there's a ( + %26amp; - ) by moving up and down.If a Acura TL or TSX says its a 5-Speed Manual or 5-Speed Automatic, does that mean its a stick shift?!?
Something doesn't sound quite right...

If Acura marketing information identifies a 5 speed transmission, it's an automatic transmission. Both the new TL and TSX offer a Sport Shift feature that lets you manually perform forced up/downshifts...it's still an automatic transmission however.

Currently, the 2009 TL, either the base model, or the SH-AWD version, are only available with a 5 speed automatic. Acura promises to offer a 6 speed manual option for 2010.

The new TSX is offered with a 6 speed manual transmission option.
