Acura TL or TSX to big of a car for a 5 foot college girl?

I'm thinking about buying an 2008 acura tl or tsx but my dad is saying that its a really low and big car so i might have trouble seeing over the dashboard lol.

does anybody have experience with this car?

im thinking about test driving one this weekend.

what other cars would be suitable for a small person. my dad was thinking of a compact suv, like a Rav4 but im worried about gas mileage.

thank you for your input!Acura TL or TSX to big of a car for a 5 foot college girl?
The tsx is your best option for being a smaller build. The ride isn't too low and your visibility is good. You also get that same luxury and its resale value is good too. Don't just settle for a car, get the car u want
The TSX is a smaller car -- it's built on the Euro/Asia Accord platform -- but both have 10 way power adjustable driver seats and fully tilt and telescope steering wheel adjustment. Both can be a good fit for drivers of nearly any size. Give both a test drive and judge for yourself.

The TSX will get a bit better fuel economy due to its size and smaller 4 cylinder engine. My 2008 TL gets over 30 MPG on the highway and around 23 over all in mixed driving. Both do require premium fuel, however. A 4 cylinder RAV4 or Honda CRV would get similar mileage but would use regular fuel, not premium.Acura TL or TSX to big of a car for a 5 foot college girl?
They do sit low but thats because its kind of a sports car. The car has adjustable seats my mom is 5 fot 1 and she use to drive a landrover the break pedals wher a bit too out their for her. If suv is what ur going for a rav will fit u nicely and it does prety good on gas. Theirs also toyota cololas, chevy malibu, hona civics, nisan altima, and for suv jeep wranglers are nice i have one and the pedals are prety hig, kia sorento, scion xd ( i just worked on one of theas) and they are wel sutid for you xb too,
I'm only 4 inches taller than you, and I drive the TL. My mom is 5'1" and she drives my car sometimes too, and has never complained. The good thing is, the seat height is adjustable! ;) You can raise/lower or tilt the seat bottom (and all the usual controls for the seat back.) And the TSX is a little smaller so you may have better luck with it. :) The TL gets pretty good mpg but the TSX is smaller, so it's better.Acura TL or TSX to big of a car for a 5 foot college girl?
Test drive before you buy. You are at the shorter end of adult height spectrum. Civic Si was easy to see out of.
