Will I don't know if they have changed anything from the 08 model. But this module will let you add your sub amp to the factory radio. It will also supply you with the remote turn on wire for the amp. Leave the factory sub alone you will not need to change any wring or disconnect the sub. Don't let anyone tell you different. I hope this will help you.

Line converters can be used on plain factory radios This is not one of them. Bose, infinity , Mach 1 sound system . This Acura TSX has a factory version of the bose. an the ford radios with the DSP digital sound processors Can not use line converters you will fry the radio beyond repair . The radio in the ford expedition with DSP is $2500 to replace in 2007. This is a 2009 Better safe than sorry ! Oh.. frying your radio will also void the factory warranty on the car in most cases.Very bad idea. How can i run the wire for an amp with the the factory radio because i have a factory gps on Acura TSX 09?
all you need is a line output converter (LOC)

you connect it to your rear speakers and it gives you a place to plug in your RCA cables for the amp, here are some http://www.sonicelectronix.com/cat_i331_鈥?/a>

the sound quality will suffer and you don't have complete control over your amp from the radio so changing the radio is the best bet or adding a nice EQ
