How much would it be to replace a damaged oxygen sensor on a 06' Acura TSX?

My check emission light has been coming on. Took it to the dealership for the 3rd time and they finally figured out that my oxygen sensor is bent and needs to be replaced. First of all, how does an oxygen sensor get bent all of a sudden? They are estimating the cost of parts and labor to be around $500! That seems overly priced... Can anyone give me a better picture of how much I should be paying for this to get replaced?|||lol wow. if you do it yourself it will cost $10-$20 lol.|||You can do this repair yourself and save a lot of money.

Unplug and remove the old sensor. Coat the threads of the

new sensor threads with a small amount of anti-seize

compound and plug the connector back on.|||pretty easy just a wrench but u need to know if it is the uper or lower sensor
